Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, Michael has a science degree from the University of NSW.

He first came to Indonesia in 1996 with the Sheraton Hotel group and started his own real estate company in 2000. With offices in Phuket, Thailand, Bali and Lombok.

Michael has been involved in dozens of tourism related projects and amassed experience in every facet of the property industry from land procurement to infrastructure planning, villa design and construction, marketing and villa management. Michael is one of the pioneers of the Lifestyle Investment concept whereby people from all over the world enjoy their own slice of paradise, reaping excellent rental return yields and capital appreciation.

His journey has culminated in his own project in Selong Belanak, Lombok, an area Michael has believed in for over twenty years will be one of the world’s leading beach tourism destinations and has put together a team of leading specialists in their field to realise his dream of providing customers with a high quality designed and constructed villa in a vibrant resort with complete facilities in a beautiful tropical beach location.
